Maybe they surrendered, shot up rescue flares, & skated away from the war. Looks like you're using the Spreaken Zee Deutsch version. Looks like a bug, good find.

Hubert Cater -> RE: Greenland visibility bug (3/6/2021 2:13:40 PM) Hey guys, I've looked into this and if Greenland is Axis controlled I don't believe this to be a bug as it has always been the case that enemy naval units will be visible if on top of a coastal tile that is friendly controlled. Can you confirm?
