LaRochelle: Shouldn't it be a 5? The Germans had U-Boat Pens there. I assume they could repair damaged U-Boats. Same for Trondheim and Bergen where they also had Pens. There are two ports along the northern French coast that have no rail connections. Calais and Rouen? Shouldn't all ports have rail connections? I have fixed these in the Editor. But is there some design reason I'm missing?
