I ordered mine a week or so ago. Is there anyway to tell which shipping batch you will fall under? By that, I meant the first edition or subsequent printings?

I have a question too. What size will the manual be, A4 ?

Also will it be a ring binder type book ?

The manual is a full hard-bound volume, I'll have to double-check the exact page dimensions. I'm sure that at this point the first 1,000 manuals that were arriving by air are already assigned to orders, but any orders that didn't make it into the first thousand will have their manuals shipped as soon as the rest arrive by sea (in May we expect).

It's too early to discuss future printings, there are no plans for that just yet.
