1939 scenario, playing as Axis.
Latest official version

Every turn the convoy button is alight.
I have two german escorts, each assigned to a convoy route, and 5 italian escorts, without any route to assign them.

WAD ?

It's the same in my games. I've been trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.

It's not lighting up for me in hotseat. Must be something different in PBEM even though it shouldn't be.

Are these NEW games or old ones?

first turn; one in the Nordic Iron Ore and other in the Baltic.

the button goes off if I hit reset in the Italy convoys screen (where I have 5 escorts unassigned because there are no routes available for them)

For me it turns off in PBEM and in Hotseat but not against AI.

hotseat works right
PBEM works right
vs computer works WRONG

Is this correct?
