When you are doing your turn and you hover over one of your bases or task forces and you see the weather report displayed - is that the weather forecast for the upcoming turn or a weather report on the replay that has just passed?

I really should know this by now but it still confuses me.

To the best of my knowledge:

weather at the base is current weather.

Then you have the weather map which gives you the forecast.
