Playing the 41 campaign as Soviets and noticed the Central Front HQ does not get an air HQ. Seems pretty important and I can't figure out how to build one. Is this an error in the scenario setup file or am I just missing something?

in 1941 you'll get a few Fronts without an air command, later on you have more air commands than fronts. So its WAD.

you can set a GS from another aircommand (so you can get aircover) but worth remembering that this Front was active for a short period (when it covered the sector SW of Bryansk) and then set to the rear till re-activated in 1943.

You can't build any HQs (of any type) in WiTE2
