Show Battles option? (Full Version)

LarryP -> Show Battles option? (3/29/2021 9:42:20 PM) On page 120 "User Interface" of the manual, it shows an option of "6.6.1 Show Battles" but I don't see this anywhere. "6.6.2 Show Rail Damage" is right after that on the same page and it's on the strip at the top, but no "Show Battles." OK, now I know I can be slow, but utterly stupid?! Maybe so... [:)] EDIT: OK, it must be the option F11, "Show Battle Sites" which has three options. Cool, I can click on the map icons now and get the battle info. Never mind, another mindless post. [>:][X(]

Erik Rutins -> RE: Show Battles option? (3/30/2021 1:30:30 PM) That wouldn't be practical as those battle markers cover a lot of other info you need to play, like the units themselves. From experience, if you're watching the battles as they execute, you don't always need to or want to review all battles in detail afterwards again. A single click or key to enter battle review mode when you want to look through in detail is not a major inconvenience.
