Hello Gentlemen

I'm trying to contact Support. I get told my 'credentials' are not valid.
I have no idea what's the matter, so I will ask here.

Ok, so I have Strategic Command II War in Europe. I have a functioning serial.
But on trying to register the game, it says it is already registered to me.
But there is no game in the listings of all my games.

I'm guessing there is an associated Steam key like normal. But without the game page and links I have no access to it.

Any assist would be appreciated.

Please try to login with a different browser and if the issue persists try to reset your acccount password at:

Nope.

Tried the password reset. Nothing.
Tried Internet Explorer, I never use that. It finds nothing.

I normally use Google Chrome. And in both cases, nothing is found.
This might be because I got this as a gift. I got one of the two as a gift. I also have Strategic Command WWII World at War, and I don't recall which one was the gift.
It's possible it's a glitch because of that.

Either way, my interface says it is already registered. So it takes it no further.
If there is a Steam key connected to it, it would be nice to have it. But, I'm guessing I'd still prefer to have the game show in my listings all the same.

If its a gift key than it might be registered in the buyers account.
Contact the person who have gifted you the key and tell him to contact us at support@slitherine.co.uk so that we can transfer the key from his account to yours.
