Yggdrassil -> Game window shifted beyond the borders of monitor (4/9/2021 5:22:59 PM)

Hello
I have a strange tech problem which makes the game unplayable.
Basically, whichever starting option I choose (windowed or fullscreen; any possible monitor resolution) the game window is shifted so that between 15%-25% of the screen is beyond the frame of the monitor - basically invisible. Like for example if one shifts windows around in MS Word, only I cannot center the game window back so that the entire window is displayed on my monitor.
I have no idea what happened. I haven't played the game in quite some time, and in the meantime I downloaded 2 of the DLCs and the WWII mod. Last time I played everything was OK.
Please help.
