This is my suggestion:
Based on fog of war:
The report would list for airfields:
Last recon turn
detected number of fighters
detected number of bombers
...
shortest distance to front
Name of your group/army/corps at this location
The report would list for ground units:
Last recon turn
detected unit info (? or name...)
detected type
detected combat value...
...
shortest distance to front
Name of your group/army/corps at this location
And of course filters and sort options. Purpose of this report would be to have an overview of what each army is facing, find airfields for bombardment, find week spots for breaking the front... (of course you can find this by scanning the map, but a central place to get a global view could help).
