I would suggest following feature: When you try to move 1/3 regiment into a hex that contains 2/3, 3/3 of the same division and another unit you get a question if as part of the move you want to rebuild the division. If you reject you can not move in, if you accept you end with the rebuild division and the other unit in the hex (so two counters). This to avoid gameplay where to rejoin my 1/3rd regiment with it's other two regiments that are on the same hex as a division, I have to move them or the division, rejoin and then I can move the two divisions into the original hex for example... Similar it would be nice to have and option to move a regiment out of the hex (for the case where you start with two divisions on a hex and you want to move one regiment out and leave the division and the other two regiments in place, now you have to move back and forth to do this).
