i got error that there is a problem with serial number

Something has gone wrong with those installations. Please uninstall fully, then reinstall from the base installer and update, making sure you install both into the same location and that any anti-virus/security software that could prevent those installations from completing is disabled during the install.

I too got this error on the Europe and second of the Canada East locations (the 2/100 one).

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

It downloaded fine from the first Canada East location (5/20) and seems to have installed okay. Does it matter which location you source the file from if you are from Europe?

1.00.11 will become official in the next day or two and Matrix is working on the installer for 1.00.12, so should be soon as well. 1.00.13 has been in test for over a week. We hope to keep up a steady stream of updates. The in-game scaling is taking time as there is a lot that has to be done, but progress is being made. We hope to have it out sometime in June.
