Hi, is there a report that shows how many BP and RP points I am generating and from where? From assets? From perks etc? Thx, Rob

Hello,

BP production can be seen in Empire Dashboard, the BP come from your Palace in the capital, bureaucratic offices and maybe hex perks like monasteries.

Research points are produced by your councils, you can see this in Organisations. Bonus points are square rooted and added, so 100 bonus points hex perk are 10 real research points. The mechanics of BP usage are described here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2326245400 in Part IV for the SCC and here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2314732568 chapter Optimizing Research.

5.6 Bonus points page 224 manual.

BP are produced by:
- the command bunker in your Capitol City
- Bureaucratic Offices
- Service Tax (basically population)
- there is a inherent bonus for having weak BP income, and a penalty for high BP income.
- as usual, there can be Hex Perks that yield some BP as well

I do not know what "RP" mean. I am guessing Marchens idea of Research point is spot on?
BP are invested into Councils, then split into various council tasks.
Research would be BP assigned to a Council with research function, then split into the Research and other tasks.

Note that in Shadow Empires, generally discovery is much more important then research. You can not research if you got no options to choose from.
