Minsk needs 2 dual rails so you should have the Brest-Minsk link and the Kaunas-Minsk link, that'll sort that out. Use both AGC FBDs and leave one on the city for 3-4 turns so it fills with freight, then move that one east as well, all that freight will then release into your advanced depots.
I've never been convinced about using the AGN FBD in Latvia, yes its fun to link the broken bits but its still single track, I take it via Kaunas and then the dual rail to Daugavipils (I later on fill in the links Riga-Pskov).
AGS I think you need to be much more single minded (or dual minded [;)]), don't worry about the single rails around Lvov, get the dual rail repaired
