will extra fuel tanks increase delivery capacity of ju-52's by allowing more roundabout trips. And will they decrease their load capacity.

Any Aircraft has a maximum take off weight in order to get off the ground, if you add extra fuel tanks it will reduce the cargo by the same weight as the fuel.
