The Scenarios starting resources Pools, for HI, Res, Oil, Synth, seems to be a fixed quantity.

Where the data are stored?

thanks in advance

regards

You can use the editor to load scenario or generic data. This allows you to see such data and/or to tweak it in order to modify the way the game works (by changing manpower or fuel production multplier, etc.)

OK,

but my question is different.
Where the data of the starting pools for HI, Res, Oil, Synth are stored? In which file or editor function can be edited?

The same for the 'built' aircraft and AFVs.
For ex., in the Stalingrad to Berlin scenario, a lot of aircraft/AFVs models start with a 'built'
figure (some very 'strange' figures, for Dec.1942; see production details, 'built' column). Where can I edit them?

thanks in advance

regards

see ground elements 1474-1489 for pool changes

In the end I still have to understand how the system calculates the number of assets already built ('built' column in the production screen, for planes and AFVs) and where this data is stored ...
