I feel like over time I gain more admin points than I can spend. There are only so many leaders you want to replace, so many depots you want to build and so many assault armies you can name. I somehow feel that I play bad when I do not spend my admin points and accumulate more and more. Should I build air bases with them?

my feeling is they are tight across 1941, but by mid-42 the axis player usually has the depot and leadership spread they need and the Soviets start to gain those large allocations - at that point, I think they cease to be much of a constraint

no harm to airbases as the Soviets, you need a lot to house the VVS, less useful for the Axis (IMHO). Just watch out, expanding from 1-2 and 2-3 can be really supply intensive

I'm sure as the bad guys (Axis[;)]) you'll reach that point of swimming in AP's far sooner than the Soviets. I've just received my first dose of Political Vodka (200 x AP) and they're much needed. Still so much to do in late 41 as the Soviets (leaders to still replace, build fort units, Assault/non-assault HQ's, merge Bde's into Div's.....) now the future will be about the above AND forming Corps....= more AP drain.

Yes, I'd say April 1942 you usually start to be swimming in AP as Axis (if not earlier).
