I was in the middle of the game and saved in the server. After the saving was completed, instead of going back to the main menu i was stuck at a corner of the map with the game looking all buggy. Please tell me the save went through as i got no notification of an error or issues with uploading.

I also cant sign in right now.

I just managed to log in to my game. Nothing was saved. Not even the air phase execution.

Are the servers working properly now? I dont want to go through another 30 minutes worth of moves only for it to mess up again. Are the saves recoverable? Should i save the game now? Or will that overwrite something?

I had problems yesterday logging in and then accepting the game with Xhoel. It did work eventually but was taking longer than usual to do anything and then locking up.
Don't know if it is connected but am also playing Field of Glory games on Slitherine and the server there was not working well either.

It worked earlier this morning but now same sort of issue here. This is the screen i got on save and it is still open. I can log back into the game on another instance and see that nothing saved.

Problem logging in, and when oploading the turn for my opponent when the server checks their credentials. Seems to be a inlog/account check server problem. Stil not orking as of Saterday morning (European time).

I could load the game, but it did not save properly, losing pretty much everything I did. This is still not working correctly, server problems persist

I would recommend not doing server games anymore

Did a log in, end the turn and another log in, and it worked.

Now it does not - can't log in.

I just did some testing, and finding it works something like half the time....which is not good enough if you're working on a turn, as it will toss out everything you've done

It's not playable right now, I'll check back later today to see if it's working properly

Yes same issue here. Tried earlier and it saved properly. A bit after that it was messing up again and i couldnt log in. Now i just finished a turn and looks like it went through fine. Seems unstable.

Just tried again.....it's still in or out, luck of the draw if it works

I wouldn't go more than a few minutes without trying to save

I hope Slitherine can fix this

"Website info not found" is the error I just got.

I had lost an entire turn.
Was able to log in later tonight and saved successfully a few times breaking up my turn, but I've had two failures. First one said something about 'server' and 'null', but I didn't catch it in time because it was unexpected.

My hope is that the game is overwhelmingly popular and crushing the server.

Just trying to get in my AF maintenance and HQ moves, but, rest assured, this will be the third time we have done it, and we have become exceedingly efficient at it. ;)

My turn went through yesterday and so did that of my opponent. Now i cant log in to the servers again. Quite the headache.

The server is still having issues.....seems like it's faster to get in this morning, but it still just failed a save creating the same screen shown above.

This is still a problem.

Got four quick logins in a row - it is either solved, or everybody stopped trying, and it is real quite at the server now...

No if my opponents could do their turns.... :).

I got the same screen when saving my air phase. Couldn't do anything after that and the save was not uploaded. Tried changing settings with my antivirus software just in case it was causing the problem and still had issues.

Last turn worked fine for me, no glitches. Tried to open the turn now, failed twice to log in, once failed to download game and send me to the main menu. On fourth try it loaded up the game. I tried to save, and it gave me the buggy screen again. I made no moves, just took screenshots and saved so nothing is lost but this is annoying.

Yes, it still "sometimes" works, which is only going to lead to lost moves. I am waiting until we get the clear from Matrix/Slitherine

Currently it seems you’re gambling around 50/50 as to whether a save is accepted, which obviously when a turn can take 2 or 3 hours, is an unacceptable risk

Apologies all, this came down to an issue with our internet provider. After a lot of troubleshooting and a server move, it should now be completely resolved.

Mostly, I think. All my turns went down smoothly, handing off to my opponent has gone without flaw. But occasionally (about one in three times I guess) when logging in to the multiplayer option I still got kicked out of game and launcher. It is no big deal - nothing is lost, and I just restart. But it is not as it should be (I think), and a sign of something not quite right.
