To apply: Unzip to the CMO installation directory, overwriting as necessary (backup the existing Command.exe, just in case)

I got an error on startup because this download is missing the nini dll.

On nini, could just grab it from 1147.24 package.

Added the nini library to the pack now; please re-download if you have this issue.
