About deploying airfields: If the location is in port supply a unit with an engineer specialty is required to place the airfield.
Impassable hexes, mountains, and alpines may not have an airfield.
About getting supply to 90/31 hex, i dont think theres a permanent solution.
Less permanent solutions i could think of:
- to place HQ unit in one of the hexes nearby that have supply already and it would extend supply to hexes around HQ
- air supply
- supply trucks
