Based on the position of the German units is the Road of Life cutoff from external supplies?
My opponent says that the Soviet units in Leningrad are receiving supplies.

Yes they receive supplies from the port...which in reality there is no way that they could.
Sadly this keeps me from taking Leningrad most of the time, especially since my heavy hitters have to hold the front line and now there is a 15/5 sitting in the city under full supply.

Ya but you can't just make them that easy to put out of supply or Germany will always capture it, if you going to change it in my opinion making the road of life come to other side of the river line so Russians have a chance to hold it would be good, also might need to address the fact that Finland really shouldn't be able to attack outside of their country

Well in my game I own all that area...and still can't touch the city unless I pulls back 5 corps...

They have no way to have supply unless they get an airdrop at this point.

I added a script that blocks the port if the Axis control the 2 rail lines to the East. It is also in the scenario notes.

Confirmed the next turn in the same PBEM, I have the same 9 supply situation in Leningrad.
