KungPao -> What happened to my PBEM++ game record? (5/28/2021 1:33:33 PM) Hi I haven't played FCRS for almost a year. Last week I log into my account, I was thinking to write an AAR. Then I was surprise to find out that all my PBEM record (including finished game and unfinished game) disappeared. Does anyone know what happened? Thank you

(5/28/2021 2:08:03 PM) KungPao, I moved this PBEM issue into tech support as we have seen a sudden spike in PBEM problems that we did not have in the past. I want to keep all of these together to see if we and Matrix and run down a cause for the various issues. There have been some issues with Usernames and Passwords when Matrix cut over to the new servers and you may need to check with support to make sure your login credentials match what they have for a unified login. We are hoping to be able to slice some time later next week to look into these items. We are busy this week into next with current obligations and only one developer still has a working VM with Red Storm code that would need to be reloaded and then things reviewed with MAtrix PBEM support.

IronManBeta -> RE: What happened to my PBEM++ game record? (7/20/2021 4:09:51 PM) Hi, I was just corresponding with the Matrix people and was told that games that are done are not kept forever. In particular, if a game is not touched for 37 days then it is removed. It is marked as abandoned after the first 30 days and then is removed 7 days after that. A game can be kept alive indefinitely as long as it is touched within the 30-day limit. I hope this explains it. cheers, Rob C
