I assumed that represented safe convoy routes, in which case they should probably take at least 2 turns like I suggested before. They shouldn’t be FASTER than direct line of travel, which carries with it possible detection and interdiction.

Also I really hope the bug that doesn’t count in-loop units on the forces tab gets fixed.

I don't think the Japanese can use those fast travel points can they? They are for the Allies...maybe they were opened up in WPE.

Hep they can. That is how I sunk your two carriers.
Warp 7 Mr. Sulu

They use to be available to the Germans in Europe version until one of the later updates.

Okay that is broken. I sent the US there because I know your ships were by Australia...
They should only be for the Allies. I bet that is what Alvaro will say since they are no where near any Axis locations. Might was well put one next to Japan from the US so they can strike there.

Sadly I think there are to many things in a bad way right now that need to be addressed for the Allies.

Hermes is broken
India is broken
Fast points should only be Allies.

Can't get far enough with the Allies to know if the Japanese have somethings broken.

Took 7 days for the 6 CV fleet to get to Hawaii to Pearl Harbor.

Takes 30 days to get from the West Coast to anywhere in Eastern Australia.... pretty reasonable.

I don't know how to make a historical yet not-historical 1941 scenario where the Japanese can win, but not win WIN, because otherwise it's a fantasy historical scenario. Or would that make it a fantasy, historical scenario?!

If you want to modify the 1941 scenario I will guide you.

Meanwhile I will keep working on my not-historical, based on historical data, 1941 scenario to improve it for balance.

Mostly you want to prevent off the wall type results like:
1. Japan shouldn't be able to invade West Coast or Hawaii before the US has enough forces to defend them.
2. Japan shouldn't be able to take the major ports in Australia (southern half of Australia) before the Allies have the ability to defend them.
3. Japan shouldn't be able to take India but India should be weak enough for them to capture the Burma road supply line.

Some of these restrictions could be met by just removing coastal hexes so the Japanese can't easily launch supported invasions. Gamey but better than trying to mess with forces levels and reinforcements.

Or perhaps appearance of Home Guard units with specific limitations perhaps?

They are addressed in the coming patch by port suppression.
