The game does not reflect the significant historical fact of the lend lease of Mongolia in the USSR after the German attack.

I think that this should be added to the game by analogy with how aid is sent to Germany from Spain. The size of the supply, for example, can be ~10 MMP, like a trifle, but somehow adds confidence...
