Is this a known issue, the NE block of 15 hexes in the Caspian sea are water hexes but are part of the Kazakhstan Region. Near it hex 328,154 is not part of either region and there are some other places like this. I have been told previously that we should be able to edit regions but I cannot figure out how to do it to see if it can be corrected.
This is in the scenario and generic map for me.
