Japanese Task Force in Singapore starting the pulse out of Supply enters the South China Sea.

Optional rule "In the presence of enemy" is being played.

Naval units that are out of supply lose 1 MP

Screenshot below shows task force cost is 2MP and 1 Range

Allies don't intercept beleiving the task force doesn't have the movement to exit the zone but game is allowing the Task Force to escape to a Port in South China Sea as the below screenshot shows

As CP's were involved they should not have any MP's left?

-1 OOS
-1 Presence of Enemy
use 1 to leave Port

Believe this is a Bug
