minimen456 -> Adviser and friction (6/6/2021 5:28:19 PM) Hello, How to reduce friction? Manual says Authority impacts friction with adviser. Do I need an adviser with low Authority? Or an adviser doesn't create friction when he attached to a leader with low authority? There are Emotional and Witty personality traits. Do I need to pair high Emotional people to reduce friction?
