Ulleungo Island from the Community Scenario Pack:

the ship is stuck in an infinite "plotting 0%" (visible in the right-side column), and barely moves.

No save provided as it appears upon launching the scenario from the pack.

Here is a save with the behavior. The path calc. count stays around 109 for the 15 minutes I played.
