Does the B-24 show up in June of 1942? 28th BG had them, apparently.

The LB-30 is available 4112 -> 4206, followed by the B-24D starting 4207.

The Japanese have Shindens in January of '43 in my latest game.

It all depends on what the scenario designer decided to include.
