Jackmck -> Murmansk Convoy glitch (6/13/2021 11:20:05 AM)

May 1942- intense sea battle along convoy lines but the British and American Navy breaks through a line of most German subs and surface ships. With the German fleet beaten back somewhat, I reset the UK-USSR convoy from 0 to 40%- but at the end of game summary it appears that this change was not processed and no resources passed from UK to USSR! What happened? - I am absolutely sure I adjusted the convoy setting.

Murmansk and Arch are both held by the Russians and just that turn a path connecting Murmansk to the rest of Russia was restored- a paratrooper that had jumped in between was eliminated. Maybe that switches the convoy line back from Arch to Murmansk and with the switch, the setting change was not processed?

Anyone else have problems with this? I also note that on first turns of the convoy line- i.e. when USSR (and India) activate- adjustments to the convoy settings are not reflected. Another glitch.

Yes, creation of new route ( Barbarossa) , restarting of a route after port grows back to 5, or after switching between Murmansk and Arkhangelsk, the % always uses a previous rather than a current value.

Thanks for elaborating this, EarlyDoors...I was wondering about this behavior in a SP test I have running lately...and was looking into all the nuances of this critical convoy line. :)
