I have bought the game a while back but just now "relearning" the game. Is there a way to print the tutorial briefing and pop ups to a hard copy?

The briefings (and any messages delivered by special actions) are copy/past-able. I often take advantage of that fact to copy and paste briefings and other messages to a docx file in order to keep track of everything (also on slower computers briefings can sometimes take some time to load). So it should be a fairly straightforward task to copy and paste the tutorial briefings into another program and subsequently print them out.
