About 20 changes/fixes for each game with many overlapping of course. The biggest issue was invisible raider fleets parked in invasion spots. Took about a day to think about all possible solutions. This is what I did.... #1 Any invisible fleet next to an enemy will now become visible. If they were in fleet mode an interception occurs naturally. If they were in raider mode they become visible. #2 Moving to a beach, coast, or landing zone occupied by an invisible fleet in raider mode forces them to retreat from that hex. You do stop 1 hex shy of it as there is no enemy/friendly naval stacking but they do retreat as part of the naval retreat rules and their fleet ID levels rise so they are easier to find. With intel this should not incentivize this kind of play. Raiders will ONLY retreat if they are on a beach, coast, or landing zone. They will not from an all water hex. If someone runs intel pops out the raider they can be easily killed. All this is the reason why i am moving to sea zones in WP2.
