This is an article that discusses this missile: https://nationalinterest.org/blog/buzz/df-100-chinas-biggest-threat-us-navy-145172 To sum it up there's no information at all that there is any terminal guidance or mid-course course update ability. The only information talks about terrain imaging and satellite navigation. That would make it useless in attacking a moving target. There would need to be an exact fix on the target's position at the time of launch and it can't move. Until there is some kind of information on terminal guidance it should stay the way it is IMO. In the real world, though, it would be possible to lead the target data to hit a moving target -- but, also in the real world, a carrier's escort will see the incoming threat and the carrier can then change course.
