Hi Guys

Daniel and myself are are away but we will look into this when we get back in. Let me ask a possible silly question just to make sure there are no mistakes. In order to get the CD On Demand you must check the box and there is a $10.00 or so fee. It may take a us a little time but I will work everything out.
