Irbis -> Help finding several mod ideas (already seen in the past) (6/26/2021 1:08:38 PM)

Few years ago I saw some mod ideas which were already tried, but vastly incomplete. One of those was the planet surfice tactical battle implementation. Pretty sure it there was a mod started around it with some progress towards implementation, but now can't find the link. If anyone is aware of it, then could you please point me in the right direction?
Also, I thought there was a mod, which considered adding visual screen to represent the buildings on the surface of the planet. Something along these lines:
Maybe those were tried for the game before the Universe came out? Anyone has an idea if those mods exist in some shape or form?
