For the benefit (potentially anyway[;)]) I thought I'd ask this here.

Any reason why Kerch is not receiving supplies when it's set to import with maximum priority and Caucasus ports have enough vodka supplies to start a Smirnoff business?

could be shipping assets? Thats the only reasonable guess I have. The other is this odd bug that seems to affect other short sea transit freight moves

I've gone back to my old saves for the same point and there is clearly no shipping to Kerch but both the '8' key and the unit supply tabs suggest the units are drawing supply from Tamanskaya - realise its not totally clear in the image below:

Hmm. This makes me a little more baffled[;)]

Why ship freight from inland Caucasus across the sea rather than use the 99 Cargo ships to ship oodles of vodka by sea to Kerch?[:D]

I can confirm that there appears to be no shipments to Kerch from the Black Sea in a similar situation I'm looking at. It appears that it will get freight from Sea of Azov ports, but won't get them from Black Sea ports. This is going on the bug list. In the meantime, I suggest you set up some Sea of Azov ports to export to Kerch.
