Italy bug when choosing a 3rd country for home country

Italy has already been incompletely conquered and Albania is the new home country. Albania was then conquered and the game stops with no option to select Eritera as the new home country. We are unable to advance the game. If someone has the ability to fix this save it would be appreciated. If it helps I had to roll all the way back to version 2.7.1 to get the option.
