Beethoven1 -> Minor apparent Northern Front event bug/inconsistency (7/10/2021 5:50:44 PM)

In the editor, one of the conditions for the Soviet Northern Offensive event seems to be that Ground Defense Pct for the NF is >= 115

However, the description text for the "An Opportunity Arises" event says "at least 110% of the Ground Value Requirement"

I would guess these numbers are supposed to be the same, either 110% for both of them or 115% for both of them to be consistent?
