Soar_Slitherine -> [1.09.06] Bottom right hex info flipped around for FOW modes (7/15/2021 3:41:03 PM)

This concerns the panel in the attached image, bottom right of the main map.
On the 'Partial FOW' planet setup option, the info for hexes without recon is shown as on the image. However, on 'Map known, otherwise complete FOW', more data is displayed there, even though the player is supposed to have less - it will show the regime and zone/location name even for hexes the player's regime has never scouted before. This behavior appears to be the reverse of the intended one between these to FOW options.
