I don't know if you guys at matrix like that I talk about Operation Flashpoint on this forum, but it can't be helped... -Intro- Guys, this game is great! Now to the fact why it's great... Some handy people are preparing a WW2 mod (modification) to this wonderful game and also a WW1 mod. And now to the other fact why I'm still playing SPWAW. Yet Flashpoint is very realistic, if you compare to other 1th person/3rd person games but if you compare to SPWAW... my god! If you do that you will think that Flashpoint is the most unrealistic game ever! But lets not... please! Instead let us wait for the WW2 mod, there you can actually drive a Tiger etc. (or run on the ground like a soldier while your friend is bombing you with a Stuka he is flying). Go to this location and check it out: http://www.invasion1944.com/ It could be a great addition to SPWAW, not so realistic but fast and great fun. (I'm not talking Quake here, I'm talking the most realistic 3D soldier sim)

The game is great, except it's from the wrong side...it would have been much better if the war was fought from Soviet point of view ;) ;) Colonel von Blitz

You are not completly right, there should have been one US campaign, one Russian and a resistance...

Mmm, I wonder where than Russian campaign is...? :) Colonel von Blitz

POsts that deal with other games in a comparative context (ie I like these features or how this game does something better than SP:WaW, or SP:waW better for this reason, then talk of other games helps us understand what you like and dislike. That helps us to make better games. "Ad posts" that simply annouce another great is "great" or "have youtried it" without any discussion about WHY its great, or what it has that you think we should take note of, typically degenerat into "flame wars" from game partisans defending why their game "rulz" That is why I (rarely)delete some posts and not others. Its a judgement call I make as Board Admin.
