After completing a Campaign 41-45, I think it would be very useful to be able to manage two priorities:
1) an order to prioritize a unit to fortify (if it does not move), calling for available construction support units at the HQs levels
2) an order to give priority to a unit in refit mode to swap on the latest equipment.
Too many times, despite hundreds of latest systems (AFVs and guns) in the pool, I have seen units in refit, second line, near / above a depot, fully supplied, waiting MONTHS before being updated. And I don't know why ...
