Hello,
I have surrounded Odessa, but when I manually create Naval Patrol directives to cut it off from sea supply, they don't seem to be executed as they aren't listed in the Air Execution Phase Summary. I am using AI for the Air System, so guessing the AI is overriding them?
Also once Odessa is cut off from supply, how many attacks are normally required to capture it? The same with Sevastopol? I am looking at capturing Sevastopol to try for a sudden death victory on the 1st of October 1941, although I'm not sure it is feasible? I have already ruled out capturing Leningrad by the 1st of October, as the terrain is too difficult.
