This suggestion would save time for the average player and also help new players when considering which leader, especially in the reserve pool, which roles they are a good fit for. Currently there are 4 tabs, maybe a 5th one could list all roles and their main required skills/traits etc and then in the adjoining column display a figure showing suitability rating.
The game already does this to some extent when choosing a leader to fill a role, however knowing early what potential reserve leader might make a good new director or replace one, you can keep them in mind, especially if you are wanting to trim down your reserve list.
Yes you can currently use the compare tab, but it isn't easy to see who is best suited. Sometimes i am surprised by what the game shows as more suitable than another leader when its time to fill a role after comparing stats of some of them.
