Evacuate T-34 factories

In my game axis player is at gates of Kharkov, but T-34 factories will be evacuated in 4 turns. If I evacuate them manually will I have some benefits like less factory damage or something like that?

a capture-forced evac will cause 99 damage. a manual evac ahead of schedule should cause higher damage than the scheduled evac but i dont know how much more.
