Hi,

I am playing the scenario "The destruction of the southwestern front". I have installed the latest beta patch. I have selected automate air assist. Now I have selected Odessa for the naval ops to Rumanian Air Command. The Rumanian Air Command is stationed in Kishinev and Husi (rather near to Odessa). The AI selects Ploesti as staging base and so my planes won't fly.

Is this WAD or what do I do wrong?

It does look like bad AI selection of the stage base. It's also not including the 2 naval patrol groups. I've sent this to Gary to look at. You could turn off the auto ai assist option and press the button yourself in the air planning phase. Then adjust the air directive manually (pick a better stage base and include the 2 naval units). Hopefully Gary can improve the AI assist. Thanks for the report and save.

Perhaps as a side note: I have ordered the two naval units from the reserve. Don't know if this is the origin of the problem.
