I created a scenario from the '39 Russia and China capitulated and the game ended automatically as a decisive victory
How do I keep this from ending automatically so I can continue the game?

You will need to edit the Victory Event files, adding/amending some relevant to the campaign and deleting any unnecessary ones.

If amending any scripts be sure to use Update function in the Editor so that the scripts will recompile as otherwise any changes won't take effect.

Or while playtesting you can simply turn them all off, and you can do this in game via Options -> Advanced -> Scripts, but you will have to do this every time you start a new game.

I did that in the Scripts, but it is blanked out
