So I currently open the Axis reserve and see how to move to fronts or map..
the ? I have is the manual states the map hex is to be selected .. hummm how ?

from the manual

Ground units are moved from the reserve to the map
first by accessing the reserve (either via the Commander’s
Report 35.2.3 or the on-map display 13.2) and then
selecting the units to redeploy. The arrival hex for German
and Soviet units needs to be designated on the map and
can be changed during the turn so that different units
arrive in different hexes (13.2.1). Units from other Axis
nations will arrive in their respective national capitals.

so How can I sellect an arrival hex moving a unit into the " MAp"

right click on any hex in german territory, and you'll see an option at the top to make it your reserve arrival hex. The best place IMO is Warsaw. Your units can embark on a train and offload in Smolensk in the same turn from there.

what screen do I need to be on to select any screen during gm phase ?\

I clicked on a hex and it didnt work in Poland then did Lonigsburg and what do you know it
WORKED

It only works for hexes that have a rail connection to them and are in the territories before Barbarossa starts.
