As the title asks. How to delete saved games?

V&V is the only game, (and too embarrassed to say how many I have installed) that locates one of its directories in C:/users/yourname/valorandvictory/save

There are a few other important folders there for modding use as well. For example, check out the "custom" and "editor" folders...I have copied all my original and other people's scenarios into /custom/draft and they should then come up in the editor for editing. But I'm no expert!
