Fritz1776 -> Are diminishing BP returns on a per counsel, or per sub-counsel basis? (8/18/2021 2:40:53 AM) Wondering so I know how to properly allocate my BP once I start running it up. I know after 100 BP there's diminishing returns, but is that soft-cap placed upon the entire council, or each of the subdivisions?
