The event was announced, but no 500K men where added to the manpower pool in turn 24.

I am running the .07 beta (currently on turn 26), but turn 24 was on either .03 beta or possible .03 combined with the .07 exe.

The game was started with the pre-scaling patch, and has then been updated with each beta patch.

I've just run an Axis T24 and the 500k were allocated to the Soviet pool as expected

if you are the Soviet player they can get used up very quickly, they will tend to get spread across the formations sat in the reserve. No bad thing, it gives you the basis to set up a regular flow of about 10 divisions per turn to the map.

My mistake, they did turn up and were spread out among my units. Please close this thread..
